(Add recommendations will include players owned in less than 50% of leagues)

Quarterbacks

Add – Trevor Siemian Denver Broncos

Don’t look now but Trevor Siemian is a viable fantasy option in large part due to the Broncos offense not being able to run the football. The fate of the Broncos’ playoff hope will rest on the right arm of Siemian as he has gone for back to back 330+ yards contests with 8 touchdowns in his last 4 games. He is throwing it early and often and if you don’t like your quarterback matchup in the playoffs he can be a nice roll of the dice if you’re feeling lucky. You might look at his schedule and pause because he is playing the number 1 and number 2 seed in the AFC, but the Patriots are liable to give up huge yardage passing games and he torched the Chiefs for 368 yards and 3 touchdowns in their Week 12 matchup.

Other Players who deserve an Add
  • Colin Kaepernick San Francisco 49ers
  • Matt Barkley Chicago Bears

Drop – Ryan Tannehill Miami Dolphins

Running Backs

Add – Bilal Powell New York Jets

I sure wish Bilal Powell was on waivers in my league as I have a very difficult decision; should start Todd Gurley Thursday Night against the Seattle Seahawks? Or find someone else on the wire? Matt Forte owners are probably somewhere curled up right now as a tasty matchup against the 49ers defense went south in a hurry due to his knee injury after just 3 carries. Powell took full advantage of the league’s worst and historically bad run defense by toting the rock 29 times for 145 yards and 2 touchdowns. I don’t expect Forte to suit up this week and Powell should receive a full workload yet again. He is the number 1 waiver wire pickup this week and can take your team to a fantasy championship.

Other Players who deserve an Add
  • Ty Montgomery Green Bay Packers
  • Kenneth Farrow San Diego Chargers
  • Kenneth Dixon Baltimore Ravens

Drop – Duke Johnson Cleveland Browns

Wide Receivers

Add – Marqise Lee Jacksonville Jaguars

I have been putting Marqise Lee on this list every week for as long as I can remember but for some reason his ownership percentage doesn’t increase each week. Lee has given fantasy owners a nice floor throughout the season and has now catapulted himself as the Jaguars’ most consistent and reliable receiver. The hype of Allen Robinson and Allen Hurns being fantasy stars is a thing of the past and Blake Bortles likes to look Lee in the offense. Last week Lee broke out with a 113 yard receiving performance to go along with 66 yards in the return game. Looking for a nice flex? Give Lee the call.

Other Players who deserve an Add
  • Taylor Gabriel Atlanta Falcons
  • Tyler Lockett Seattle Seahawks
  • Dontrelle Inman San Diego Chargers
  • Pierre Garcon Washington Redskins
  • Adam Thielan Minnesota Vikings
  • Robby Anderson New York Jets
  • Chris Hogan New England Patriots

Drop – Travis Benjamin San Diego Chargers

Tight Ends

Add – Drawing a blank. Desperate owners can scoop Jermaine Gresham

Drop – Coby Fleener New Orleans Saints
