NFC South Update

The Carolina Panthers agreed to terms with the long time Bears’ cornerback Charles “Peanut” Tillman. The 34-year-old is reuniting with ex-Bears defensive coordinator, and Panthers’ head coach Ron Rivera. Tillman played for Rivera in three of his first four years in the league. Tillman, one of the best corners in the league before his bicep injury in 2013 has been limited to 10 games over the last 2 seasons. Despite his age Peanut improves a putrid Panthers’ secondary if he is able to stay healthy. Tillman has made quite the living as a turnover specialist with his gifted ball skills and his ability to jar the football out of opposing runners hands.
