ELITE | |
"These Elite quarterbacks are the ones who can carry your Fantasy Football Team."
1. Patrick Mahomes - Kansas City Chiefs - Mahomes is the man and Andy Reid is a quarterback’s best friend. | 1. Andrew Luck - Indianapolis Colts - Another year in this offense with more to work with. |
2. Deshaun Watson - Houston Texans | 2. Patrick Mahomes - Kansas City Chiefs - There is now a book out on Mahomes, it cause him to fall one spot. |
3. Andrew Luck - Indianapolis Colts - Luck has a chance to be the QB1 for the 2019 season. He put up at least three passing touchdowns for 8 straight games in the middle of last season. Frank Reich and his quick rhythm offense coupled with the BEEF up front makes it extremely easy for Luck to pick apart opposing defenses. | 3. Matt Ryan - Atlanta Falcons |
4. Aaron Rodgers - Green Bay Packers
SUPERS | |
"Like the ELITE QBs they can carry your team but just aren’t as consistent due to scheme, age, lack of track record, or talent around them."
5. Matt Ryan - Atlanta Falcons | 4. Aaron Rodgers - Green Bay Packers |
6. Jameis Winston - Tampa Bay Buccaneers - I’m rolling with the Buccaneers offense this season led by Jameis. New head coach Bruce Arians will put Jameis in a position to succeed, Jameis just needs to make better decisions with the football. Contract year means big things for Jameis in 2019. | 5. Baker Mayfield - Cleveland Browns - He has the talent, the swag, and the weapons, I'm damn near all in!!! |
7. Drew Brees - New Orleans Saints | 6. Russell Wilson - Seattle Seahawks |
8. Russell Wilson - Seattle Seahawks - Anyone who knows me know that I am a big fan of Russell Wilson, however the Seahawks new ball control rushing offense scares me a bit. Last season Wilson’s 8.2% touchdown rate for every pass attempt (2nd most in the league) will be hard to repeat. | 7. Deshaun Watson - Houston Texans |
9. Ben Roethlisberger - Pittsburgh Steelers | 8. Drew Brees - New Orleans Saints |
10. Cam Newton - Carolina Panthers | 9. Ben Roethlisberger - Pittsburgh Steelers |
NEXT LEVEL PLAYERS | |
"This level of Quarterback is on the cusp of the "ELITE" & "SUPERS" tiers and can carry your team a few times per season."
11. Lamar Jackson - Baltimore Ravens - A mobile quarterback that racks up rushing yards is huge in fantasy football. Look at where Tyrod Taylor finished in the quarterback ranking year after year in Buffalo because of his legs. Lamar Jackson is a more elite ball carrier than Taylor and will finish as QB1 in 2019. | 10. Jameis Winston - Tampa Bay Buccaneers - A man once asked, "Have we started the fire?" Response, "The fire rises!" BA is in town! |
12. Baker Mayfield - Cleveland Browns - Folks will not like where I ranked Mayfield but he was on fire last season once Freddie Kitchens took over the offense and he was the QB10 for that stretch. I have him at QB12. It may take some growing pains at first with new OC Todd Monken and I still believe this offense is better when Nick Chubb gets his carries. | 11. Dak Prescott - Dallas Cowboys |
13. Kyler Murray - Arizona Cardinals - See Lamar Jackson | 12. Carson Wentz - Philadelphia Eagles |
14. Carson Wentz - Philadelphia Eagles | 13. Jared Goff - Los Angeles Rams |
15. Philip Rivers - Los Angeles Chargers - Rivers is elite but the Chargers can run the football effectively which hurts Rivers’ fantasy production. | 14. Jimmy Garoppolo - San Francisco 49ers - If he stays healthy he is most certainly a "SUPER" but will he? |
16. Tom Brady - New England Patriots | 15. Cam Newton - Carolina Panthers - I'd love to have him higher but that surgery has me bugging. |
16. Philip Rivers - Los Angeles Chargers
17. Tom Brady - New England Patriots - I believe they wil run more and then combo that with no Gronk.
PROMISING | |
"You have seen the potential or at the very least a glimpse."
17. Jared Goff - Los Angeles Rams | 18. Derek Carr - Oakland Raiders |
18. Josh Allen - Buffalo Bills - See Lamar Jackson | 19. Kyler Murray - Arizona Cardinals - I love the talent just not all in on the coach and scheme but wouldn't surprise me if Murray shows out. |
19. Dak Prescott - Dallas Cowboys | 20. Kirk Cousins - Minnesota Vikings |
20. Jimmy Garoppolo - San Francisco 49ers | 21. Matthew Stafford - Detroit Lions |
22. Nick Foles - Jacksonville Jaguars
STATUS QUO | |
"You know what you are getting all-be-it nothing special."
21. Kirk Cousins - Minnesota Vikings | 23. Joe Flacco - Denver Broncos |
22. Derek Carr - Oakland Raiders - Offensive line issues will rear its ugly head once again for Oakland in 2019. | 24. Mitchell Trubisky - Chicago Bears |
23. Matthew Stafford - Detroit Lions | 25. Lamar Jackson - Baltimore Ravens |
24. Mitchell Trubisky - Chicago Bears | 26. Marcus Mariota -Tennessee Titans - Got something to prove from a health and potential standpoint. |
25. Sam Darnold - New York Jets - Sammy the Savior has a new head coach and some new weapons but he has to improve his decision-making before I crown him. | 27. Andy Dalton - Cincinnati Bengals |
COMPLEMENT | |
"This set of Quaterbacks typically meet or are just shy of their projections."
26. Nick Foles - Jacksonville Jaguars | 28. Sam Darnold - New York Jets |
27. Andy Dalton - Cincinnatti Bengals | 29. Josh Allen - Buffalo Bills - Gonna have plenty of rushing yards for ya! |
28. Marcus Mariota - Tennessee Titans
WAIT AND SEE | |
"It’s exactly what it sounds like... Just wanna see more..."
29. Dwayne Haskins - Washington Redskins | 30. Josh Rosen - Miami Dolphins |
30. Josh Rosen - Miami Dolphins | 31. Dwayne Haskins - Washington Redskins |
BEST OF THE REST | |
"Replacement level veterans and rookie signal callers not expected to offer much value in 2019."
31. Joe Flacco - Denver Broncos | 32. Eli Manning - New York Giants |
