Cowboys sign La’el Collins

NFC East Update

Dallas Cowboys

The winner of the La’el Collins sweepstakes goes to none other than the Dallas Cowboys. The Cowboys agree to a 3-year $1.65 million fully guaranteed deal with the un-drafted free agent after Collins was questioned in the case of his murdered ex-girlfriend. Collins was projected as a first round pick before this untimely and unfortunate circumstance torpedoed his draft status causing him to go un-drafted. After speaking with the police earlier this week the police still did not name him as a suspect.  Therefore, Collins became one of the most sought after un-drafted free agent in recent memory. The Dallas Cowboys continue to make noise this off-season taking many calculated risks by drafting Randy Gregory, signing Rolondo McClain, Greg Hardy and now Collins.
