Greg Hardy faces the music

NFC East Update

Newly signed free agent Greg Hardy received his discipline for his domestic violence arrest/conviction which took place before the 2014 season. The Cowboys’ defensive end will face a 10 game ban for conduct detrimental to the league which is being classified under the NFL Personal Conduct Policy. Hardy played in just one game last season before being placed on the Commissioner Exempt List and will now miss a total of 25 games for his off field transgressions. The Cowboys certainly expected Hardy to be suspended before signing him to a production per game based contract tying up $9.25 million of the $11.3 million deal in roster bonuses. All in all this is still a big blow to the Cowboys as they are in dire need of impact defensive players.
