Beat the rush, add Kenneth Dixon

Head Coach John Harbaugh has made it clear that the Ravens are looking to improve their rushing attack. As a team Baltimore is averaging 3.3 yards per carry and the battery of Terrance West and Justin Forsett has been wholly ineffective; and Buck Allen, the preferred back on passing downs is injured. In fact, the Ravens have one rushing TD thru three weeks and that came on the legs of Joe Flacco. Enter Kenneth Dixon, 1 of 4 fourth round selections by GM Ozzie Newsome during the 2016 NFL Draft. Dixon out of Louisiana Tech was, in CPGM”s collective opinion, the most accomplished receiver out of the backfield in the 2016 class and ranks second in FBS History with 87 career touchdowns. During the preseason Dixon was the Ravens’ best running back, demonstrating a complete skill set and flashing vision, power and speed as a ball carrier. Dixon suffered an MCL sprain prior to the regular season but appears to be on track for Week 5. Beat the rush and while you’re at it add Wendell Smallwood.
