AFC North Update
After testing free agency for a couple of days running back Justin Forsett decided to re-sign with the Baltimore Ravens agreeing to a three-year $9 million deal. Forsett, a late bloomer, finally got his opportunity last season and he rewarded the Ravens, rushing for 1,266 yards while averaging a league high 5.4 yards per carry in Greg Kubiak’s zone running scheme. Forsett’s career year spearheaded Baltimore’s offense and carried them into the playoffs. The 29-year-old journeyman back has finally found his home in Baltimore and will try to replicate last season’s performance in Marc Trestman’s offense with Kubiak now coaching the Broncos.
